Q: Will the caregiver be experienced in caring for someone with my specific concerns?

Our care providers are trained and experienced in a broad range of geriatric and health care issues. We pride ourselves on knowing the personalities and areas of expertise within our family of caregivers to match the person who can best meet your needs.

Q: What should I do if I do not care for the assigned caregiver?

We do our best to make a good match between client and caregiver. However, if you have any reservations at all, we will change caregivers, without hesitation, until you are completely satisfied.

Q: What happens if the caregiver who helps me gets sick or goes on vacation?

Nightingale has a large pool of caregivers so we can promptly and efficiently send another qualified provider to substitute. Clients and family members will be notified of any changes in staffing or scheduling.

Q: Will I always have the same caregiver?

We take pride in matching you with a caregiver that is a good fit for your needs and personality. We understand that most of our clients appreciate having the stability of the same caregiver day after day, and we strive to meet that expectation.
